Position Highlights:

Position: Nurse SpecialistLocation: Skokie HospitalFull Time/Part Time: Resource, per diemHours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30AM-7:00PM, with rotating weekends.Required Travel: may need to travel to sites as needed
 
What you will need:License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois requiredEducation: BSN requiredCertification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider requiredExperience: 3 years of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
 
What you will do:Function as a subject expert and/or program coordinator in providing nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adultsProvide nursing assessment to patient condition and evaluation of follow-up needsCoordination of patient plan of careProvide health education for patient and familyCollaborate on planning/problem-solving solutions with health team membersClinical management of patients as directed by the physician
