The role of a Resource Partner is to ensure that the right consultants, with the right skills and expertise, are assigned to client projects in a timely manner. This role mainly involves understanding the staffing needs of a project, assessing the strengths and goals of Thoughtworkers, and aligning them appropriately to ensure successful outcomes for Thoughtworks.

This role will report to the Head of Resource Management for Europe.

Job responsibilities Staff consultants to fulfill open roles, driving maximum utilization towards client project assignments. You have a crucial role in ensuring that staffing decisions strike a balance between the needs of Thoughtworkers, Clients, and the overall business. Collaborate with fellow Resource Manager to ensure project teams are staffed effectively.  Work closely with the regional Head of Resource Management to create a healthy supply pipeline for the upcoming near-term demand. You will be working closely with accounts to provide learning opportunities for Thoughtworkers, enabling them to build skills on the job while maintaining positive client outcomes. Acquire a better understanding and stay updated on skill trends within role groups and strive to maintain a well-balanced pipeline. Job qualifications Technical Skills Ensure data hygiene in systems and consistency of processes in providing staffing recommendations. Approach staffing challenges with a hands-on mentality, employing data and metrics to guide decision-making, and consistently applying best practices. Focus on achieving results, meeting staffing goals, and contributing to a higher utilization of Thoughtworkers. Experience working with Googlesheets/Excel Experience working with resource management tools. Professional Skills You should excel at influencing and helping Thoughtworkers understand how their contributions can drive business performance and client impact in a way that it aligns with their professional goals.  Approach staffing challenges with a hands-on mentality, employing data and metrics to guide decision-making, and consistently applying best practices. The focus is on achieving results, meeting staffing goals, and contributing to a higher utilization of Thoughtworkers. Display proactive problem-solving skills, identifying staffing obstacles, and using creative ways to overcome challenges in the staffing process. This role requires you to balance outcomes as an individual contributor providing staffing as a service and a team player who needs to collaborate and support colleagues in achieving collective goals.
