Resource Planner
The Distribution Resource Planner (DRP) maintains oversight for CPG & Ingredient business related 3PL warehouses with regards to all aspects of inventory control. Position reviews inventory reports and cross references systems to recognize, research and rectify inventory discrepancies at warehouses, plants, co-pack facilities and distribution warehouses. In addition, position works with internal and external parties to initiate and maintain inventory protocols; recommends solutions to inventory issues and identifies best practices for the purpose of maintaining accurate inventory information, including identifying and recommending distribution improvements and efficiencies.

Temporary position$20.00 to $24.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday)Maintain receiving documentation by comparing shipping and receiving transactions.Process customer orders by checking inventory requirements and availability, working closely with customer service and plants. Process correct certificate of analysis for shipments when required and other shipping documents.Coordinate interplant transfers by checking inventory requirements, availability and working closely with planning.Weekly reporting refreshes (excel experience needed)Resource Planner Qualifications:
Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines.Must be able to do math and general accounting.Knowledge of office administrative and management practices and procedures, including record keeping.Must be reliable.Able to read, understand, interpret, apply, explain, and reach sound decisions in accordance with laws, regulations, rules, contracts, procedures, and policies.Occasionally lifts up to 20 pounds.Must have a minimum of three years of supply chain, warehouse, and/or inventory experience.Must be able to multitask and manage several tasks at the same time.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
