Role Responsibilities

You will be part of the Global Workforce Management team, which is responsible for workload forecasting, staff capacity planning, scheduling and real-time performance monitoring.

You will also focus on delivering great customer experience and ensure long-term company success in achieving organizational goals.

Continuously analyzing current performance, taking note of recent historical trends and conducting real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans.

Collaboration with other Operational teams to achieve service level goals and business objectives.

Producing call volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Generating and evaluating staffing schedules, ensuring data is updated in the scheduling system.

Creating staffing models and providing recommendations based on analysis.

Comparing results to forecasts and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Performing any other related duties.

Role Requirements

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.

Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.

Experience in a call center or Operations is preferred.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,750 – 3,083 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
