The ideal candidate will work closely with our community partners and create plans with families that promote stability, self-sufficiency, health, and safety so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You must possess all the minimum qualifications below to pass the exam for this position. This is typically gained by a bachelor’s degree or higher in a human services field (social work, education, nursing, psychology, counseling, sociology, etc.)ORat least three years of work experience as a human services professional (e.g. social worker, counselor, rehabilitation specialist, etc.) assisting individuals and families with accessing community resources including benefits and services. + Experience in case management. This is t ypically gained by at least one year of professional case management experience that included case plan development and monitoring.
