A Resourcing Advisor supports the candidate journey and works with smaller stakeholder groups to support recruitment activities. The position will be based out of Dartford with travel to sites and offices when required. The position is to cover EPL for a period of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
The role will focus more on the candidate attraction, market intel and onboarding process with additional duties for stakeholder engagement. The position will work on pre-planning for projects, reactive recruitment and attraction methods.
Education/previous experience/skills:
A Degree / formal qualification in HR or recruitment or hands on experience obtained by on-the-job experience. Understanding of recruitment practices and candidate management. Understanding of recruitment challenges Knowledge of Boolean or other search techniques. Exposure to CRM, Candidate Attraction or similar recruitment systems such as eArcu, Invenias, PageUp.
