Receives intake orders for PAP’s, calls patient insurances and schedules PAP setups. Follows-up with PAP patients. Troubleshoots PAP patient problems, and exchanging masks.. Helps maintain respiratory supplies inventory up to date. Performs PAP setups when needed. Performs all other customer service duties as needed. This individual needs to be self-motivated, willing to work with others, and have the ability to create a positive rapport with our referrals and customers.
