Day - 12 Hour (United States of America) **This is a Stanford Health Care job.** **A Brief Overview** The Equipment Technician has overall responsibility for the maintenance and supply of equipment in the area in which they support. Coordinates and acts as a liaison between several different hospital departments and service lines to ensure equipment, supplies, and environmental needs are met. Ensure that the patient care environment and bedside carts are adequately stocked with unit specific supplies and equipment. Coordinates equipment maintenance and supply with hospital technician assigned to the area(s) of responsibility. **Locations** Stanford Health Care **What you will do** + Coordinates routine equipment maintenance and inspection schedules with Hospital Technician. + Coordination and monitoring of loaned, borrowed, and equipment out for repair. + Effectively maintains appropriate quality improvement and control programs in response to staff and patient feedback, internal standards of care and external requirements. + Maintains a professional work environment: keeps work area clean and organized.
