At Gadsden Regional Medical Center, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, supported by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, 100% reimbursement for licensure and certifications, Tuition Reimbursement, and up to $10,000 for student loan payments. **What We’re Looking For:** + **Credentials:** Must hold NBRC RRT or CRT certification (RRT eligible candidates are welcome). + **Licensure:** Active license from the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy (ASBRT). + **Experience:** At least one year of clinical experience in respiratory care. + **Certifications:** Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform respiratory procedures according to NBRC standards, state regulations, and departmental policies under the guidance of physicians and the Respiratory Director. + Assess patients and recommend appropriate respiratory care procedures based on observed conditions. + Provide critical respiratory care in acute, chronic, and emergency situations, managing mechanical ventilation and artificial airways. + Collect and analyze arterial blood gases, administer aerosolized medications, and deliver other respiratory treatments. + Initiate and monitor oxygen therapy using devices such as high-flow nasal cannula and non-invasive ventilation. + Maintain accurate documentation of patient care as per established policies. **Why Choose Gadsden Regional Medical Center?** We’re not just another job; we’re a community that values respect, purpose, and professional growth.
