The RT candidate must be proficient in the use of the equipment used in resuscitation, continuous ventilation, respiratory care and 12-lead electrocardiography. Will, as requested, organize and deliver in-service programs for the respiratory services staff and other patient care staff.

Graduate of an NBRC approved respiratory therapy program.Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) must be licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board..Basic Life Support (BLS)must be obtained prior to first shift worked.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)certifications are to be obtained within 60 days of employment Advanced Cardiac LifeSupport (ACLS) certifications within 90 of employment.Pediatric Advanced Life Support(PALS)certifications are required to be obtained within 180 days of employment.Previous experience as an Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) preferred.Newgraduates of an NBRC approved respiratory therapy program will be considered.
