Our RRT Staff enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, **100% licensure/certification reimbursement, Tuition Reimbursement, and up to $10K for student loan payments.** **Requirements:** + Current license in state of Tennessee as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist in good standing + Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP & STABLE CPR Certifications **About the Job:** + Under the direction of Physicians and and Respiratory Director, perform all respiratory procedures in accordance with NBRC, State Regulations, and departmental policies. + Recommend and implement appropriate respiratory care procedures and protocols based on observed abnormalities. + Provides respiratory care to patients in acute, chronic, and emergency situations. Manages mechanical ventilation and artificial airways in critical and general care areas. + Collects and analyzes arterial blood gases as well as administers aerosolized medications and other respiratory treatments. + Initiates, monitors and manages patient’s oxygen through various devices including high flow nasal cannula and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. + Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures. **Tennova Clarksville** is a 270 bed, full service, outstanding, acute care medical facility with a 24/7 emergency room, 24/7 laboratory, and 24/7 respiratory services. **Tennova Clarksville** has been designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center, a Blue Distinction® Center for Maternity Care, a Wound Care Center of Distinction, and earned the Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission.
