This is a Full Time, benefitted, salaried role as a Respiratory Therapist (RCP) Supervisor at Mercy San Diego. The shift is a varied shift but generally will be for night shift. There could be occasional weekend call to meet department needs.

This position is eligible for the Supervisor incentive compensation plan.

Graduate of accredited respiratory Therapy SchoolThree years of RCP experience.

Required Certification/Registration:

California RCP licenseRRT requiredBLS certified through the American Heart Association

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

Bachelors/Masters degree preferred.ACLS and PALS certification preferred.Critical care strongly preferredNICU experience is preferredLeadership experience (Charge)
