We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Care, is responsible and accountable for individual respiratory therapy practice and, when applicable, appropriately delegates and supervises tasks to provide optimum patient care. What you will do in this role: + Participates in establishing, maintaining, and improving patient’s health care goals through patient assessment, planning and implementation of respiratory therapy interventions and evaluation of patient outcomes. + Fulfills the duty and responsibility to maintain competence and to continue personal and professional growth. Demonstrates this enhanced job knowledge via appropriate change in practice on the unit.
