Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Seating Business Group is looking for an Internal & External Product Communications Manager to promote the Business Group's products, in line with the strategy defined by the Business Group’s Communications. The position involves working under the supervision of the Business Group's Marketing and Communications Departments, in close collaboration with the teams in charge of Seating's product lines and innovation.
The main missions of the role are :
Structuring communications: Developing and implementing an internal and external communications plan to support the launch of Seating's main products and innovations, including trade shows.Coordination: Work closely with several Business Group stakeholders (communications, marketing, product lines, design, innovation, legal and strategy teams) to align messages, sizing and timing of Seating product communication campaigns.Production of communication materials: Create, edit and oversee the production of various related communication materials, including press releases, Q&A, internal and external articles, visuals, videos and content for social networks.Budget monitoring: Manage relations with suppliers and service providers (communications agencies, video production agencies, translators, designers, etc.), and monitor the associated budget.Analysis and reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of communications campaigns, show attendance, product recognition, and provide regular reports to the Seating communications department.Your profile and competencies to succeed At least 8 years' previous experience in communications, ideally in the industrial sector, preferably automotive.English native speaker, French a plus.Excellent writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Mastery of communication tools.Excellent interpersonal skills Project management and organizational skills.What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
