En Catalent estamos buscando un Responsable de Laboratorio de Microbiología para nuestra planta productiva de Loma Hermosa, Buenos Aires.  

Resumen del puesto
Responsable por la gestión integral y coordinación de actividades del Laboratorio de Microbiología, tales como documentación, investigaciones, transferencias analíticas y monitoreos, entre otras, garantizando el cumplimiento de normas GMP.

Será responsable también por liderar las inspecciones regulatorias locales e internacionales.

Competencias: 

Comportamentales:

·       Liderar con integridad y respeto. Fomentar la participación, inspirar al equipo y promover la colaboración. Adaptación al cambio y orientación a resultados.

Técnicas:

·       Conocimientos en microbiología aplicada a la industria farmacéutica: calificaciones de equipos, gestión de desviaciones, OOS y controles de cambio.

·       Sólido manejo de herramientas informáticas (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Conocimiento de normativas regulatorias locales e internacionales.

Formación / Experiencia:   

·       Título universitario en Farmacia, Bioquímica o carreras afines a la industria farmacéutica.

·       Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares y de liderazgo dentro de áreas de calidad en la industria farmacéutica.

·       Nivel avanzado del idioma inglés (oral y escrito). Excluyente.
