As a warranty specialist, you are the customer's main point of contact for resolving warranty claims. You coordinate the required effort to identify and execute the most efficient resolution for each case.

Inspect claims and agree with the customer on a resolution.
involve internal and external parties as required per case.
are responsible for tracking and being the owner of all warranty cases in your region.
maintain information of all equipment under warranty in your region
 
support in reporting the bigger picture of warranty for the EMEA region
calculate costs for solutions to warranty cases
coordinate and support root cause analyses
contribute in updating the fleet information of our installations in the field.
