Gather and prioritize requirements aligning with the McKesson Business Engagement Partners and business units across the region.Lead coordination of the different solution delivery teams who provide services to the region.Ensure delivery of McKesson Technology support services to meet business requirements.Section B – General Responsibilities
Manage onsite field support technical staff.Act as the voice of the business at McKesson TechnologyManage business expectations with delivery of planned strategic initiatives (e.g., tools, processes, and data) from the various Solution Delivery Teams (Infrastructure, Applications, shared services, Distribution Centre IT Operations, Business Operational Projects)Gain an understanding of business needs and priorities and attending specific Regional Distribution Centre cadence meetings.Drive process improvement efforts and act as a conduit between business and IT to plan the technical development and execute system implementation.Collaborate with key IT Solution Delivery teams as needed and act as a key contact for the specific site or region.Act as a project coordinator on regional projects and initiatives.Define and establish department processes and identify/implement areas for improvement.Adhere to asset life-cycle management processes.Follow IT Service Management processes and controls.Report on Service Level metrics.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
