Are you ready to kick off the next step of your career and become part of our Nordic QA Cluster? We are looking for a skilled colleague to join our Healthcare organization in Finland as Responsible Person (RP)/Vastuunalainen johtaja (VAJ). The RP/VAJ is based in Finland and reports to the Head of Quality Norway and Nordic Cluster in Norway.

As part of the Nordic QA cluster team and regional quality organization, you will develop and continuously improve quality management. The role offers the opportunity to work individually and together with local QA on country specific tasks and responsibilities as well as in teams for Nordic and regional projects.

Main purpose of the job is:

 

Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System within OY Finland Build quality awareness within local management team and ensure that local management fulfils its role regarding quality requirements as defined in the applicable regulations.Reporting quality performance indicators to local management and take leadership in the performance of Quality Management Reviews.Ensure that the defined quality systems and standards as well as international and local applicable GDP regulations are implemented and followed so that the high-quality standards of Merck are achieved.Perform Product Disposition for shipments received in Finland.Manage quality related aspects of Merck OY GDP vendors and partners in Finland.Responsible Person (RP) Finland; Responsible for ensuring that Merck OY complies with the regulations on distribution of medicinal products (Määräys 1/2019, Lääkkeiden hyvät jakelutavat). / Guidelines of 5 November 2013 on GDP of Medicinal products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01) (EU-GDP).

 

Who you are:

 

You have a Medical/Scientific background (Pharmacist, MSc, MD, PhD, PharmD);You ideally gained 5+ years’ experience within QA and GDP relevant roles;Responsible Person background is considered an advantage, but not an absolute requirement.  You are fluent in Finnish and English;You are skilled in Microsoft Office apps;You have a collaborative approach, have great interpersonal capabilities to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; You have an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and patient centricity.
