What you will do…

The Responsible Sourcing Analyst will play an important role in supporting our sustainability initiatives through strengthening the company’s responsible sourcing and human rights program. This position involves data analysis and close partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive continuous improvement and transparency in our supply chain.

Review suppliers’ social compliance audits, primarily through the Sedex platform, to ensure compliance with responsible sourcing standards.Analyze supply chain data related to supplier social compliance audits and inherent risk to evaluate potential risk and opportunities for improvement. Lead in the tactical execution of risk management including collaborating with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans.Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to responsible sourcing.Support the completion of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report, collecting and calculating key data for enterprise-wide commitments specific to responsible sourcing, animal welfare, and supplier diversityDevelop data reports and scorecards as needed to fulfill internal and external reporting, including stakeholder requests and senior leadership and Board engagement.Recommend improvements for data collection and management processes.Assist with successful achievement of external and internal goals related to higher welfare transitions and responsible sourcing priorities.Connects data to Campbell’s values and goals, ensuring actions and achievements are directly tied to the business priorities.Develops and maintains documentation of processes and procedures around data collection and management.Builds subject matter expertise in social sustainability topics and shares expertise and emerging issues and trends with the organization through internal postings and as requested, presentations.Support the ongoing development and implementation of responsible sourcing policies and procedures.Maintains familiarity with external stakeholder surveys to identify opportunities for growth and provide relevant benchmarking.Complete thorough risk assessments with the data analysis and access provided through Sedex membershipContinue onboarding suppliers to Sedex, connected to Campbell’s, to complete SAQs and/or social audit, expanding the visibility of Campbell’s supply chain through a social compliance lensEnhance audit reviews, providing the results and risk, if present, to buyers, increasing partnerships with suppliers to ensure closure of non-compliances and prevent reoccurrence.Proactively take actions to better understand inherent risk and supplier-specific risk, involving buyers in processes with their strategic suppliers and key manufacturing sites.

What you bring to the table…

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain required.

It would be great to have…

Bachelor’s degree required, with background and understanding of social sustainability a plus.Must have strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.Strong communication skills with the ability to speak to different stakeholders with varying degrees of sustainability and social impact understanding.Proactive problem-solving skills, with a curiosity to understand and question current practices, and a willingness to suggest potential improvementsExperience with environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting, with a particular understanding and familiarity with social compliance reporting, is beneficial.
