Greet guests in an enthusiastic wayTake guests’ order using the Velvet Taco steps of serviceEnsure dine-in, to-go and call-in orders are properly rung up in the POSHandle all cash, credit card and gift card transactionsCheck identification before serving alcohol according to state lawMaintain a clean, sanitized service area
