Responsibilities of the Role.

Obviously, a General Manager's are responsible for more than running a great shift. Inventory, scheduling and staffing are the required weekly duties of the job. Five Guys prides itself on being simple, so these tasks are not tedious or time consuming. While these are important, our focus is always on the customer service and environment inside the store.
