DescriptionThe Restaurant General Manager will oversee all facets of the restaurant's operations, ensuring a world-class, luxury dining experience that reflects the authenticity and sophistication of Italian cuisine. This involves managing guest services, staff performance, financial oversight, and marketing strategies. The RGM must maintain the restaurant’s brand image and reputation, consistently delivering excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining top-tier quality in food, service, and ambiance. Guest Experience: \nDeliver personalized, memorable dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail and service. \nMonitor and constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction of the outlet with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Survey).\nActively participate in menu design in cooperation with the outlet Head Chef and Chef Sommelier / Sommelier.\nTeam Leadership: \nRecruit, train, and manage staff to consistently uphold luxury service standards. \nUnderstand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept.\nSupport and implement new Talent Development initiatives.\nConduct yearly performance reviews for all employee of the outlet providing feedback on their job performance.\n Financial Management: \n\nDevelop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses. \nPrepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, costs, and profit margins. \nDevelop and manage the restaurant budget\nSupplier Relations: \nSource and manage relationships with premium vendors to maintain authentic Italian offerings. \nConstantly improve the product quality by sourcing the best available products.\nMarketing & Brand Development: Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers. Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the restaurantCompliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and luxury dining regulations and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum three (3) years in an F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain and ideally experience in a successful stand-alone food & beverage operation.\nAbility to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances, and come up with proactive, rational solutions.\\Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.\nAbility to identify and delegate tasks effectively.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nApplies a professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.\n
