Restaurant General Manager Marbella Company Beach Club -Marbella , International group with some of of the best Restaurants Costa del SOl MARBELLA INTERNATIONAL GROUP SOME OF BEST RESTAURANTS COSTA DEL SOL Position description We are seeking an efficient and flexible Restaurant General Manager who will handle our new high-volume restaurant in the front line of Puerto Banus, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain.
You will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will build, coach, manage and develop a team including staffing, hiring, and training. You will also ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the parent company standards and all health & safety regulations. Position requirements • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in high volume restaurants
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Coordinate morale and exceed customer expectation with attention to quickness and accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills required
• Enjoys working with people
• Self-motivated and highly energetic
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Must be able to work long hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform with frequent interruptions and distractions
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, loyal, and strong work ethic
• Available and able to work all shifts in the restaurant as scheduled to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed of business changes and standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while leading the team and serving guests
• A track record of stability in previous employment

• Proactive in problem-solving, utilizing expertise to create effective action plans to find areas of opportunities and resolve issues Position salary Competitive monthly salary. Duration of the contract 6 months renewable-long term
