Restaurant Lead
Overview The Restaurant Lead at Brighton Resort is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations and guiding the team to provide excellent customer service. Key duties include leading staff by example, ensuring quality and consistency in food and service, and addressing customer concerns. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, and upholding Brighton Resort’s high standards for hospitality. Responsibilities Ensure all customers receive friendly, prompt, and efficient service. Peform operational duties of a restaurant. Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Help manage staff schedules and maintain coverage during peak times. Monitor restaurant cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Communicate with management regarding staffing needs, inventory, and operational challenges. Other duties as assigned.
