RESPONSIBILITIES:   Work with the Restaurant Technology team to gain a broad understanding of how our systems interact with franchisees, crew, and customers  Work with POS, Back Office, Payments, and other teams to understand the hardware and software being used in stores  Test and provide feedback on products in the Dunkin' / Baskin POS & Payments Lab  Through research, build out a visual model of in-restaurant technology and Inspire IT    QUALIFICATIONS:   Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:   Excellent oral and written communication skills  Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills  Organization skills and high attention to detail  Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mentality  Programming skills (e.g. SPSS, Qualtrics)  Exposure to Tableau
