Responsibilities:

Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful mannerDeploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shiftLead training of all restaurant positions and communicate goals to hold team members accountable for performanceHold guests as the highest priority and role model exceptional guest serviceDrive a sense of urgency through the team to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problemsEnsure compliance with standards for customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandisingMonitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are metControl labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout the shiftReport equipment issues and comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsJudgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflictsIntermediate PC skills with a working knowledge of basic word processing and spreadsheet softwareAbility to use Google applications is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in EnglishMath and financial management skillsRestaurant, retail, or supervisory experienceAt least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
