This role requires the ability to lead a team, provide quality customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze financial data, plan tasks and execute marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the entire restaurant's performance and guaranteeing quality service.Managing and directing a team of restaurant employees to achieve organizational goals.Planning and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies.Analyzing financial data and preparing regular financial reports.Communicating with customers and solving their problems.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.Managing optimal resources to increase productivity.Implementing training activities and developing employees' skills.

Requirements:

A degree in Management, Business, or Food Industry Engineering.Strong skills in numerical reasoning and problem-solving.Excellent leadership and time management skills.Interpersonal communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to the restaurant industry.
