As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll never be bored.You’ll be responsible for making sure our restaurant runs smoothly. **Overview:** Baskin Robbins Shop Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team with the overall goal of deliveringfriendly and satisfying guest experiences, operational excellence and of helping to build profitable top line sales and bottom line profitsof one restaurant in the network. Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to franchisor standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws. **We offer:** + Competitive compensation + A great work atmosphere **Duties/Responsibilities:** + Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively + Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed + Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy **Responsibilities Include:** • Performing all responsibilities of restaurant team members • Leading team meetings • Delivering training to restaurant team members • Ensuring Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed • Creating and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant • Reviewing guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement • Communicating restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members • Executing new product rollouts including training and sampling • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws • Controlling costs to help maximize profitability • Conducting monthly inventory reviews • Creating crew labor schedules and ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards. • Completing product ordering • Conducting self-assessments for Operational Standards and Food Safety and corresponding action plans • Ensuring restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee • Managing cash over/short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee’s cash management policies • Engaging with Brand Field Operations team as appropriate **Management Responsibilities Include:** • Recruiting, hiring, on boarding and developing restaurant team members • Planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing employee performance • Coaching restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction **Key Competencies** • Strong analytical skills and business acumen • Works well with others in a fun, fast-paced team environment • On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude • Willingness to learn and embrace change • Ability to train and develop a team • Guest focused • Time Management • Problem solving • Motivating others **Requirements** + Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality + Fluent in spoken and written English + Basic computer skills + Basic math and financial management **About** The Antelope Valley Restaurant Group runs a network of Baskin-Robbins shops in the Los Angeles County area. We currently have shops in Palmdale, Lancaster, Quart Hill, Santa Clarita and Sylmar, California.
