The centre of W Sydney’s culinary journey, BTWN restaurant is situated ‘between’ the city’s sweeping expressways and Darling Harbour. This Sydney restaurant and cocktail bar serves contemporary Australian flavours alongside a dynamic urban vista. Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role will take on an entrepreneurial approach to drive the restaurant business and manage day-to-day operations.
