RESTAURANT MANAGER - BEACH CLUB BARCELONA Company Job as a Restaurant Manager in a Beach Club with Mediterranean Gastronomic Restaurant In Maresme Coast Barcelona Position description Directly responding to the Director , responsibilities include the organization of specific dining. Controlling of all quality and quantity standards in all service handle client complaints regarding food, Supervision of the restaurant and Bar staff, drawing up schedules for the service, supervision and controlling of service, train new members of staff, Control personal appearance of service. Coordination and origanitzation of the events togehter with Cuisine Department. Position requirements - Hospitatility diploma from a recognised Standard European background.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar environment, in a Gastronomic Mediterranean Restaurants
- Deep Knowledge of Mediterranean, healthy cuisine and rises.
- Fluent Spanish
- EU citizenship, EU nationals
