The Manager is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards.
QualificationsPrior experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.Working knowledge in all restaurant computer systems.Excellent management, delegation, and presentation skills.Strong influence, interpersonal, leadership, managerial, communication, problem-solving, and creative solutions skills.Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in the English language fluently and in a professional manner. Ability to communicate in a second language is preferred but not required.Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
