\nLocated on the banks of the Animas River, in the heart of downtown Durango, this property has 159 guest rooms, 7,000+ square feet of event space, three unique restaurant offerings and in-room dining.

\nWe are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality. In this role, you will assist in the execution and leadership of our restaurant outlets.
\nAs the ideal candidate, you will:
\n\nHave previous food and beverage leadership experience in a hotel operation \nHave proven success of consistently executing a high-quality service in a professional atmosphere\nHave a detail-oriented approach to your work, with a passion for mentoring and developing a team\nHave a well-rounded background in various restaurant styles with a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills.\n\nSpecifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage all outlet operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation\nMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward\nMonitor and assess product and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nInitiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage and services and to maximize overall revenue\nEnsure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events\nRecruit, interview and train team members\n\nIf you're ready to take your career to the next level, apply now and join our team!
