Tumbi Hotel - Tapestry Collection Hilton is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at one of our premier properties. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a multi-lingual candidate, with a preference for fluency in Russian, to cater to our diverse international clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any guest concerns or complaints

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

- Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and cost management

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring they align with brand standards and guest preferences

- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable and up-to-date on company policies and procedures

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment

Work Experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or luxury establishment

- Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages a plus)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost control

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
