What you will do

Handle reservation inquiries, confirm bookings, and update reservation systems accurately and efficiently.

Respond to guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the restaurant's offerings, policies, and events.

Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service and exceptional dining experiences.

Optimize seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction while adhering to capacity limits and social distancing guidelines.

Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences to enhance personalized service and foster guest loyalty.

What you will bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution.

Proficiency in reservation management systems and software applications.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, as well as luxury hospitality standards and etiquette.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the restaurant's operating hours.

Knowledge of Hotel Booking Systems will be an advantage
