Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for Restaurant Sales Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.
Responsibilities
To promote, sell and service to assigned market in defined geographic region or vertical segment To ensure successful execution of event and client satisfaction if needed To ensure and enforce the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners’ and or clients through the planning process. To support Sales and Marketing to solicit, sell and confirm business to meet budgeted sales goals. To support conference services through creation and publication of Banquet Event Orders, Cost Estimates, and vendor coordination if needed.Preferred Qualifications And Skills
Minimum 3 years previous luxury hotel sales experience Strong strategic sales ability to include qualifying negotiating, organizing and delegating skillsBasic Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology(4) Year college/university degree preferred (or equivalent)Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English languageHigh level of creativity with attention to detail, paired with strong business acumen.Ability work weekends and evenings
