Responsibilities + Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our customers + Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas + Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, adhere to cash handling and credit policies and procedures + Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional experience for our customers + Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment + Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required Requirements + A minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant server + Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Knowledge of food and beverage service and sanitation guidelines + Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Benefits Benefits: + Flexible schedule + Opportunity for advancement. + Medical and Dental available to full-time employees
