As Restaurant Supervisor you will play an integral role coordinating the launch of “Le Petite Chef” in Sydney ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.
“Le Petite Chef” is a unique dining experience that creates an unforgettable experience of delightful dining and sophisticated theatre.
EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT, BUT YOU’LL MOSTLY BE:
+ Meet with guests to ensure they are welcomed and seated confidently
+ Help manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for events. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
+ Supervise the service process to ensure that Food & Beverage associates perform their duties according to department standards
+ Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure the timely preparation and service of food.
+ Be able to assist in other F&B departments when required
+ Ensure all colleagues have received department on boarding and required online training within their first week
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
+ Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
+ 1+ years’ related experience, including supervisory experience preferable.
+ Available across a 7-day roster
+ Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
