Here is what you will be doing each day:

Supervising servers, bartenders, bussers to ensure adherence to all service standards. Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service. Checking restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Checking service stands and aisle areas.  Checking tables for cleanliness and proper set up. Assisting F&B manager to establish and monitor side work duty completion.

You have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading by example. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and remain calm under pressure. You’re a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, scheduling, and inventory management. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of service. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Must have previous experience in a supervisory role. Hotel experience is preferred.

Pay range is $20 to $26/hour depending on experience
