Plum Market Kitchen located inside the MacNamara terminal at the DTW Airport is looking for a Kitchen Utility Worker. 

We have 2 openings, the set schedule is: 

1. 3pm - 11pm: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday off)

2. 3pm - 11pm: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)

Are you passionate about supporting a dynamic culinary environment? Plum Market is seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Utility Workers. As a Utility Worker, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen, ensuring a seamless experience for both our team and customers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Assist with dishwashing, sanitizing, and storage of dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items. Support kitchen staff in various tasks. Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold Plum Market's standards of quality and cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Receive orders and stock product.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
