We are seeking a Business Development Representative/Marketer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our referral base and enhancing brand awareness in the restoration industry. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing our referral network. Your goal will be to consistently establish new referral relationships each week while serving as an industry resource for our current partners. You will engage with insurance agents, adjusters, property owners, and internal staff, fostering strong connections and providing valuable insights. Responsibilities & Duties: + Identify marketing opportunities by understanding the consumers' present and future requirements to effectively recommend and sell the 1-800WD service. + Create and maintain rapport with all accounts by building relationships and earning their trust with continued communication. + Respect customers by promptly responding to leads and arriving on time for scheduled appointments + Maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and physical appearance to represent the brand best. + Enter and update all customer information in the CRM + Craft a sales presentation that utilizes the 1-800WD brand philosophy of educating the customer on how the brand will help to solve their issues instead of a hard sales approach + Participate in association marketing events and PR-related community functions as needed + Track sales activities and reports + Maintain your branded vehicle in a safe, clean and proper operating condition + Attend all sales and technical training as necessary + Never promise more than the company can deliver Qualifications & Skills: + Superior organizational and time management skills + 2+ years of outside sales experience + IICRC WRT, ASD certifications helpful + Show past sales performance over time with an average increase over time + Able to speak and communicate effectively with all potential referral sources + Both and trade show operational experience + Have knowledge and experience of the restoration industry and market environment + Strong understanding of the product line and the benefits and solutions they provide to the various customers and industries + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer + Competitive commission-based salary: $35,000-$125,000+ per year + Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement + Holidays & Sick Pay + Company vehicle & fuel + Performance-based bonuses Choose a Rewarding Career with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Greater Tucson is a trusted property restoration company serving customers in the Greater Tucson area.
