TITLE: Jobsite Restoration Summary of Position: BMEI is hiring for employees to complete landscape restoration; laying sod, sprinkler repair, topsoil leveling, concrete work, and asphalt patching. Duties & Responsibilities + Work with customers and homeowners + Load and unload equipment/ materials needed to complete work + Landscape restoration + Backfilling + Sprinkler Repairs + Prep for concrete + Patch asphalt Competency Requirements + Communicate Effectively + Quality Control + Accountable + Problem Solving + Teamwork and Collaboration + Value and Respect Others + Withstand hot/cold & adverse weather conditions + Stand/ work for long periods of time, (able to work 8-10 hour shifts) Education & Skill Requirements + Class A CDL (preferred but not required) + Valid Utah Driver's License Hours and Salary + Hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM M-F + 401k Plan Available + Company Group Insurance Plan Available + Life Insurance + Short and Long Term Disability + Paid Vacation + Paid Holidays
