This position is a seller-doer role that leads the strategy, development, capture, and execution of environmental and engineering projects. Environmental services include evaluation and management of potential environmental liabilities; site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, and construction management; RCRA and CERCLA; property redevelopment; and communication and negotiation with federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

Your Role:
• Develop new client accounts and work with existing Tetra Tech account managers and market sector leaders to expand existing client accounts.
• Prepare proposals, manage projects, and perform technical work as necessary balancing sales and utilization. Assemble and lead teams to effectively and efficiently complete projects on time and within budget and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client base for a broad range of integrated services including planning, site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, construction, and construction management services.
• Identify, develop and nurture strategic joint venture partnerships for major government projects
• Eventually be capable of leading and managing larger projects and programs.
Qualifications:
• Engineering degree required and Professional Registration preferred.
• Ten (10) years of experience in environmental consulting services with experience in program/project management, business development, and strategic planning.
• Prior experience leading projects interacting with a wide variety of federal, state and municipal governments. Additional experience with commercial markets a plus.
• Past experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Defense customers is a plus but not required.
• Applicant must be a US citizen.
