**Restoration Technician** **Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. The Restoration Technician will perform production processes with a focus on packing up customers' contents to bring them to our shop for cleaning. Utilizing various tools and techniques, including ultrasonic cleaning, Esporta washing, and ozone treatment, you will clean and restore belongings following disasters like floods or fires. **Key Responsibilities:** · Perform production processes, focusing on packing and transporting customers' contents for cleaning. · Utilize tools and techniques such as ultrasonic cleaning, Esporta washing, and ozone treatment to restore belongings. · Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project. · Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance. · Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas for each project. · Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times. · Communicate with the Contents Manager and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. · Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the job site with a clean and orderly appearance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** · Great attention to detail. · Enjoy cleaning and seeing the end results. · Effective oral communication skills with basic math and computer skills. · Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus. · Valid driver's license. · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly. **Employee Value Proposition (EVP):** · Great local company offering competitive benefits. · Receive a dollar raise after becoming a permanent employee. · PTO and paid holidays available upon permanent employment. **Work Environment:** · Working in vacant homes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
