Restorative Aide

Performs basic physical maintenance program functions and other duties under nursing supervision and with consultation from a licensed physical therapist

Required Qualifications: 

Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 1 year of hire: CNA 2 Restorative certification Upon hire: In compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Restorative/Rehabilitation experience 1 year experience in a health care setting, preferably in a pediatric setting 1 year experience as a CNA 2
