HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications Netbackup, Avamar, Commvault

● Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.

● Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
● Profile and permission structure knowledge
● Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Basic computer
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Critical thinker, Quick Learner, Detail Oriented, and Organizational skills
● Preferred Skills: Ability to work well independently, Verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and technical support
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required
