Restructuring Consulting Principal

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to: 

Assist with financial and operational assessments of clients Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts and monthly integrated financial forecastsBusiness development activities to drive the growth of the practice in the marketplace through proactive reach outs to bankers, attorneys, and referral other sources Project management responsibilities include accountability for periodic client status reporting as well as billing and collecting fees Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C-suite individuals to acquire and assess relevant data for financial analysis Analyze financial statements to determine the sustainability of performance and evaluate assumptions inherent in client business plans

 The qualifications.

Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field is required CPA, CTP, CIRA designations preferred  10 plus years of total experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of recent or current experience with a restructuring consulting practice Successful track record of generating new business from referral sources Technology skills required to work proficiently with firm systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20 to 30% overnight travelPosition may be filled as a Senior Manager or Principal based on applicable experience
