Requirements

Excellent Customer service skills including proficient phone communication, ability to multitask and prioritize, computer skills, knowledge of intake team 1, insurance guidelines, knowledge of scheduling/coordination and front desk duties. (RT Department)

Job Tasks:

Attend to high volume phones calls

Process supply orders via Brightree and Snap

Process equipment check (oxygen, DME and PAP units), oxygen tanks, POC, swap out and oxygen maintenance orders

Verify and interpret insurance benefits. Discuss/relay financial responsibilities with patients

Request and log authorization both in Brightree and Snap

Work and process all tasks assigned in folder I.e., referrals, emails, calls backs, voicemails and SNAP tool

Request/pull additional documentation from referral EMR

Maintain close communication with other departments

Initiate medical records process when needed

Assist and cover front desk

Assist and cover scheduling

Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
