Job Description
Establish strategic collaborations with key pharmacy chains and build effective JBP (Joint Business Plan)  and long-term win-win relationshipAnnual contract negotiation and marketing activities sell inDeliver sales targets and other business goals according to annual business planLeverage the key pharmacy chains to do patient education and extend the DOTDevelop tailor-made programs based on the system and customer needs of key pharmacy chainsRegular visit to pharmacy chain headquarter and key subsidiariesMonitor and analyze sales performance on monthly basis and provide action plan
Qualifications
Minimum 5-8 Years health care industry commercial experienceMinimum 5 years business experience in retail pharmarceutical industry with key accounts management experienceResult driven and proven sales recordExcellent communication and presentation skillStrong business insights and market analysis abilitiesStrong project management and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressureFamiliar usage of Office SoftwareNeed to be able to frequent business travel.
