Who is the Retail Account Manager?
The Retail Account Manager is accountable for
Driving sales, customer growth, retention, and client satisfaction. He/she also acts as the bridge between Asurion and the Mobile Network Operator client’s sales channels.Contributing to the client’s growth strategy, product roadmap and marketing plan by providing market trends and competitor insights.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver sales plan, implement an account growth strategy to maximize sales and retention across all the client's sales channels.Provide sales support and partnering with the sales channels to deliver sales aids, training-cum-coaching, best practices, and sales incentives to sales staff.Manage day-to-day requests for support and escalations from the channel, driving higher client satisfaction.Identify opportunities to grow sales through expanding addressable markets, enhanced product features and additional sales channels.Provide internal stakeholders with regular market feedback and competitor insight.Presenting weekly sales reports and improvement plans.Be an Asurion product evangelist, ensuring all levels of the client's sales team understand the benefits and unique value proposition of the program(s) to the client themselves and their consumers.Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail Sales/ Channel Account Management.Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal communication skills are welcome to apply.Preferably experienced in Mobile Device retail; relevant retail sales experience in consumer electronics, warranty/insurance products or FMCG will be considered.Proven track record in building and executing sales programs and delivering sales results.Hands-on experience in developing and delivering sales support initiatives across extensive retail networks.Demonstrated expertise and flair in sales/ product training and presentation skills to small and large groups.Outstanding communication and influencing skills across multiple levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and creation of presentation decks.Strong execution mindset and ability to achieve challenging goals.High integrity, self-motivation, enthusiasm, energy, and can-do attitude.Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate independent initiative.How we can take care of you:
