Retail Account Manager

Base Salary plus quarterly bonus** (Based on sales goals)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national retail accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart to drive business growth and customer retention Analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance weekly to identify opportunities and risks Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, finance, logistics, supply chain) to ensure business efficiency. Prepare and execute business line reviews for all key national retail accounts Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable outcomes for both Toter and key retail accounts Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage Develop and execute yearly annual operating plans aligned with overall business strategy Prepare and present weekly performance reports, forecasts, and key initiatives to leadership Prepare forecasts for internal operations to plan capacity to ensure we have inventory on hand to meet retailers’ lead time requirements EDI support Responsible for ensuring Toter's shipping teams follow compliance requirements to minimize fines and chargebacks. Responsible for quoting small hardware dropship business through the use of Salesforce Develop and execute omnichannel strategies to maximize sales, customer engagement and brand presence Managing both in-store and online business to ensure customers have a seamless purchasing experience through all retail channels.

Qualifications:

2+ years of related sales experience  Strong leadership and negotiation skills. Experience with Strategic planning and sales performance management. Experience in Relationship-building, working with 3rd party vendors, and  be customer satisfaction focus. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify growth opportunities and align with business goals. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software 25% travel is required
